You choose what project you'd like to offer from our list below. If choosing a stenciled project (wood sign, canvas tote bag or pillowcase) we will create a collage of ten-twelve design options for you to send to your guests, and ask your guests to tell you their stencil selection when they RSVP to you. For all parties, we will need your final headcount (and design selections if applicable) 5 days prior to your scheduled event.

Prices vary on the project(s) that you choose to offer.

Stenciled Canvas Tote Bag - $250 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $25/additional child - 90 minutes

Stenciled 10x10 Wood Sign - $300 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $30/additional child - 120minutes

Stenciled 12x12 or 10x14 Wood Sign - $350 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $35/additional child - 120 minutes

Stenciled 20x30 Cotton/Polyester Pillowcase - $300 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child) $30/additional child - 90 minutes

Small Ceramic Piece - $250 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $25/additional child - 90 minutes

Large Ceramic Piece - $300 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $30/additional child - 120 minutes

Succulent Planter or Fairy Garden - $300 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child)  $30/additional child - 120 minutes

16" Fluff & Stuff Plush Experience - $300 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child) $30/additional child - 90 minutes

Mini Hangers (10" wood round with 3D design) - $350 for up to 11 children (10 guests plus birthday child) $35/additional child - 120 minutes

Our birthday craft bash events are for ages 4-18. Children under the age of 4 are welcome to attend as long as they have an adult assisting them the duration of the event.

Birthday Child is free with 10 or more PAID guests. For larger parties (20+ guests), please reach out to us prior to booking. If you end up with less than the 11 child minimum, we unfortunately will not be packaging up unused projects as to go kits or allowing children to make "extra" projects. We have factored in the party room usage, employee's pay rate, supplies and electricity into our party package pricing. We appreciate your understanding.

You can bring outside food & drinks. Please bring 3 plastic table cloths (one tablecloth for the food table and two tablecloths for the extra tables). You must also provide plates, plasticware, paper products, etc for your food. Please keep your decorations to a minimum. Table top decorations work the best. Unfortunately, due to damage to our walls from previous events with balloon arches and banners, we no longer allow decorations to be attached to our walls. We kindly ask that you do not bring balloon arches. A small banner could be displayed on the food table. We apologize for any inconvienence. Please no pinatas, confetti or noise makers. We also recommend bringing either a large trash bag or basket to carry your presents home in. We do not provide extra trash bags.

Party giver assumes the risk for any breakage/damage by guests. Please help us enforce a safe, yet fun environment. No running, no rough housing, no standing/climbing on furniture. We do have retail items for sale in the party room. If a party guest would like to purchase an item, please see your party assistant. Items may not be opened or played with until they have been purchased. If you are handing out party favors of any kind, please do so at the very end so that there is no confusion between your favors and our items for sale.

Due to limited seating and space, drop off is highly encouraged for craft bash birthday parties. If an adult needs to stay with a child, we kindly ask that only one adult attends with the child.

If choosing fluff & stuff, small ceramics, tote bags or pillowcases, your party will run for 1.5 hours. 

If choosing wood signs, mini hangers, succulents, or large ceramics, your party will run for 2 hours.

If choosing a Toddler Stuffies & Play Party or a BINGO Bash Party, your party will run for 2 hours.

We have factored in time to serve your food/dessert into the time allotment. We will begin crafting within the first five minutes of your party start time. Any party guests that arrive later than 30 minutes may need to take their project home as a craft at home kit. Your party will end promptly at the 1.5 hours or 2 hours mark. Please be respectful to the time we have alloted for your event. We run multiple events throughout the day and need to clean the room in between events.

Please indicate on your invitation that guests will enter the party room through the door under our circle sign. It is a seperate entry from our main studio side. 

The day of your party, you may arrive 25 minutes early to set up any food/drinks/table top decorations. We will take care of all clean up after your event.
If your project requires a design selection ahead of time and stencil prep (wood signs, pillowcases or tote bags), we will send a payment link via email before we prep materials. Otherwise, your party balance will be due at the end of your party. Tax will be added as well as gratuity if you would like to tip your party assistant(s). They truly appreciate it!

Toddler Birthday Parties (ages 1-4) **Maximum of 11 toddlers** - 120 Minutes
Our Stuffies & Play parties are the perfect way to celebrate your toddler! Your birthday toddler and guests will start off by painting a shirt for their new mini stuffie, as well as helping stuff their new plush friend! Then, the party will continue in our toddler playground! You will finish the party by serving your food and cake. All children must be pre-k age or younger to play in our play area. No exceptions. Socks are required to enter. A safety waiver will need to be completed by each child's parent prior to the party. Please send the safety waiver link to each parent ahead of time.
Our Stuffies & Play Parties are for up to eleven toddlers (10 guests plus birthday child). Cost is $300/party and includes a mini stuffie and use of our play area. You are welcome to bring food/snacks, dessert and beverages. Please note that food is not allowed inside the play area. There are tables you will be able to use for food. Toddler Stuffies & Play parties run for two hours.
Your $75 deposit will be applied to your party balance that is due the day of your event.

New for 2023 BINGO BIRTHDAY BASH **Great for large groups** - 120 minutes
Beginning in February 2023, you can book a BINGO Birthday Bash for your child. Your party will consist of two hours of BINGO fun and every party guest will receive one complimentary prize ticket to "shop" our prize cart at the end of the party. Additional tickets will be won per round of BINGO. One of our Franny's team members will run the games. Our BINGO Birthday Bash events are perfect for larger groups but can be done for smaller groups as well.
You are welcome to bring food, drinks, dessert, snacks.
Cost is $300 for up to 20 players (19 guests plus birthday child). Additional players are $16/each. 

Effective 4/24/22, a non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your party date/time. The $75 will be applied to your party package. Please note, even if you do not have 10 guests, you will still be responsible for the party package price listed above. We will discuss payment options via email after your deposit is paid. Stenciled/personalized projects must be paid for ahead of time, and refunds will not be issued for party guests who cannot attend. We will turn their project into a craft at home kit. Unfortunately, gift certificates, fluff & stuff vouchers, Franny's Craft Passes and discount cards may not be applied towards birthday party packages. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not allow walk in style birthday celebrations of any kind. Outside food, drinks, presents, decorations are not allowed without booking through our website or emailing us. Reservations are required so that we can be staffed properly, and also to guarantee your time slot.

For smaller parties of less than 10 guests, please email us rather than booking via the website if you'd prefer to just reserve a table on the studio side.
For larger parties of more than 20 children, please email us rather than booking to discuss details.

Items to Bring to Your Child's Party:
3 plastic tablecloths (we recommend the plastic disposable party tablecloths from The Dollar Tree, Target or Walmart)
Table top decorations and/or birthday banner to display on food table (this is not required, the party room is already super cute)
Any food, beverages, dessert that you'd like to serve PLUS all necessary paper/plasticware
A large bag or basket to carry your child's presents out to your vehicle
Candle(s), lighter and a cake knife if needed
Cash or credit card to pay for your party package
