Looking for a FUN, unique way to raise money for your organization? We offer three ways to FUNdraise.

Option 1 (most profitable):

Make & Take FUNdraisers are done by offering a small collection of stencil designs for your guests to choose from that fit our 12x12 boards. This allows your event to run smooth and efficient. Your guests will pre-register for the event via our website so that we can prepare materials prior to the event. This event can be held at our 3,000 square feet studio located at 1 Springhurst Drive in East Greenbush, NY. We can accomodate up to 75 crafters.

If you are looking to host your event offsite, you are responsible to find a location to host the event (school cafeteria, firehouse, banquet hall, etc). Your location must be large enough to accommodate your guests and should have proper seating and lighting. You can serve food & drinks if you choose to do so. Table coverings are also your responsibility. Please note, for offsite events, wood sign backgrounds will be stained ahead of time.

All crafting supplies are provided by Franny's Farmhouse for the event and our staff will walk you through every step.

Signs cost $50/person. Your organization will receive the following $ per sign sold based upon how many people register:

8-15 people: $15/sign

16-25 people: $20/sign

26+ people: $25/sign

A check will be mailed via USPS to your organization. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your check.


Option 2:

Craft Bash FUNdraiser

Your FUNdraiser will run exactly the same as a regular craft bash, and all craft cash earned will be issued as a check to your organization. 

$250-$300 in project registration - 10%

$301-$500 in project registration - 15%

$501-$900 in project registration - 20%

$901+ in project registration - 25%


Option 3:

Walk-In Cash Out FUNdraiser

Once our new studio location is open in 2020, we will be offering a new FUNdraiser option which will allow your supporters to come craft as a walk-in crafter during your featured week, mention your organization's name and 10% of all projects will be donated to your organization.

New for 2021:

Fluff & Stuff FUNdraisers

This is a great way to include the entire family while raising money for your organization. Perfect for schools, sports teams, youth organizations. We will select a 3 day weekend and your supporters can walk in anytime during the three days to make a new plush friend, as well as paint a t-shirt. We can customize the t-shirt design using a theme, logo, etc. Cost is $30 per person with 15% of all sales going directly to your organization. Your supporters will need to mention the fundraiser during checkout so that we are sure to include their purchase towards the fundraiser.
